  • Use the link in your welcome email 

  • Enter the one-time passcode sent to your email 

  • No password required 

👤 Manage Your Profile 

  • Go to: Personal Profile → My Profile → Save Change 

  • Update your information anytime 

  • Switch companies using the dropdown (if applicable) 

💳 Add & Manage Payments 

  • Add a credit card or bank account 

  • Pay invoices directly from the portal 

  • Bank accounts must be verified before use 

🧾 Pay Invoices 

  • Navigate to My Account 

  • Click Pay next to any invoice for quick checkout  

📅 Book Conference Rooms 

  • Select Book a Space from the home page 

  • Choose: 

  • Property 

  • Space 

  • Date & Time (Timeline or Card view) 

  • Confirm on the Payment & Confirmation screen

  • Browse the Directory to find members 

  • Join discussions and connect 

  • Follow discussions to receive notifications
